[Monkey] GSoC - Weekly update 7/14: Android

Hi,
This week I was able to run monkey on a separate thread after having
temporarily fixed some issues because of native calls being invocated by
NDK on a separate thread. Currently I am working on registering webservices
in the monkey-service application running on android.
