[Monkey] GSoC - Weekly update 7/14: Redis Memcached

Hi All,

This week the redis package for duda was completed. Few minor bugs, if
left, will be fixed in the coming weeks. A sample webservice to check can
be found in my github repo. A README file is present in the redis folder on
how to test the webservice.

For memcaced, started with the basic layout. A standalone program with
basic functionality will be ready by next week.
